Shark cartilage (standardized to 10% chondroitin sulfate) 150 mg

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa-rhizome) 125 mg    (curcumin C3 complex, 95% curcuminoids)

Suggested Use

(Adults) Take 3 capsules twice daily.  Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.  Take with food and avoid taking at bedtime.



If you have an allergy to shellfish (including crab and shrimp) you should not use this product.  Consult your healthcare practitioner if you have a history of gallstones, stomach ulcers and excess stomach acid; are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners.  Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen.  For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
