We have recently changed our shipping fees because of the increased costs from our carriers. We are currently only shipping within Canada.
You can always arrange to pick up your order up at our Thornhill store to avoid shipping charges.
Some items are exempt from free shipping due to weight and size - these items will be noted as such and will ship according to the Canada Post cost. Orders over 15 pounds are not eligible for free shipping.
Remote locations in Canada are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged actual shipping cost. Remote locations include, but are not limited to the postal codes that begin with the following (these restrictions are updated as remote locations are identified and all applicable postal codes may not show below): A0K, A0P, A1X, B0*, G0G, P0L, P0T, P0V, P0X, R0B, S0G, S0J, T0H, T0K, T0M, T0P, T1M, T7Z, T9K, T9H, V0*, V1E, V8A, V9*, XOA, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B
Shipping exceptions described above will be charged the fee provided by postal services. The rural areas will incur an additional shipping charge and may even delay shipping time.
Orders placed on a business day will usually be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise specified. Orders placed before 1:00 pm will usually be shipped same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day. You can expect to receive your package within 1 to 7 business days from the day we ship your order. Canadian orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel.
We are not responsible for losses due to authority of law, local disputes, civil commotion, hazards incident to a state of war, local or national weather conditions, national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, strikes or anticipated strikes (of any entity, including, but not limited to, other carriers, vendors or suppliers), and natural disasters (earthquakes, floods and hurricanes are examples of natural disasters).
At the present moment, we ship to Canada only. We will sometimes make exceptions, but you will not be able to checkout using your country information with our online store. Please contact us. Please Note: High Level Wellness is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information.
When will my order ship?
Our orders are processed same day or next business day from the time of order. Please note that this does not include shipping time.
After placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
Please note that we do our best to remove products that are currently out of stock, but from time to time, we may notify you of a slight delay, and in many cases, will offer to split ship the missing item later, when it arrives at no additional shipping cost.

We ship via Canada Post; see full time schedules below. Selecting a method of shipment determines how long your package is in transit once the package ships. It does not include the time required for High Level Wellness to process, package and ship your order (usually 1-2 days).
